All abstracts must be submitted through the official conference submission system. Late submissions will not be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made with the conference organizers.
2. Originality
Submitted abstracts must represent original work that has not been previously published or presented at other major conferences. Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
3. Review Process
All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee. The committee's decision on acceptance and presentation format (oral, poster, or workshop) is final.
4. Presentation Requirements
Accepted abstracts must be presented by at least one registered author at the conference. Presenters are responsible for their own registration and travel expenses.
5. Copyright and Publication
By submitting an abstract, authors grant the conference organizers permission to publish the abstract in the conference proceedings, website, and related promotional materials.
6. Data Privacy
Personal information collected during abstract submission will be used solely for conference organization purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
7. Withdrawal Policy
Abstract withdrawals must be requested in writing at least 30 days before the conference. After this date, withdrawals may still appear in conference materials.
8. Ethical Standards
Research involving human or animal subjects must have appropriate ethical approval. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject abstracts on ethical grounds.
9. Format Requirements
Abstracts must not exceed 300 words and must include: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. The PDF version must match the submitted text exactly.
10. Deadline
The submission deadline is 27th February 2026 at 23:59 GMT. The submission system will automatically close at this time.
